In 2015, she graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship Program through UD in the following year.
Olivia is currently working for OnPoint Nutrition, a Philadelphia-based online nutrition company offering virtual one-on-one nutrition counselling across the United States.
Before joining OnPoint, she worked in school foodservice management. As a food service director and corporate dietitian, she planned recipes, provided nutrition education and developed individualised and allergen-free menus for many.
