Liz Cook is an experienced Registered Dietitian who loves helping people transform their lives through individualised diet and physical activity.
In 2015, Liz graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and obtained her master’s degree in Nutrition and Fitness from Northeastern University in 2018.
Liz Cook currently works for OnPoint Nutrition, a Philadelphia-based online nutrition company offering virtual one-on-one nutrition counselling across the United States.
Before joining the team at OnPoint, Liz worked with students and student-athletes at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix and helped them shape their future habits.
Throughout her career, Liz touched the lives of many by giving science-based nutrition advice and encouraging physical activity.
